ConceptOur program is a strength and conditioning system developed by Greg and Lauren Glassman of CrossFit in California. The CrossFit Program All workouts are designed and coached by a trainer. The trainer leads clients through increasingly athletic movements, guiding people of all ability & levels toward improved health and athletic ability.
At CrossFit Laval we use a wide variety of equipment to increase the skills demand and to keep you motivated. Our equipment includes but is not limited to the following tools: gymnastics rings ,Concept 2 rowing machines, climbing ropes, pull-up bars, kettlebells ,dip station, squat rack, parallettes, dumbbells, Olympic barbells and plates, 14 to 32-inch jump-up platforms, medicine balls ,boxing equipment, and more.
Our training improves your Cardiovascular Conditioning and gives you superior health & wellness . The goal is to build capacity in each of the three metabolic pathways; aerobic, then lactic acid, and then phosphocreatine pathways.
